main st. Belt Drive Hardtail
built for 27.5x3 inch tires, belt drive, front suspension, and fun days on the trails.
Scott had a Salsa Timberjack that got retrofit with a Rohloff hub. Liking it’s geometry but not quite it’s fit, he asked for a new frame to move most of the parts to, adding the smooth quiet reliability of belt drive.
Fitting up to 3” tires with the larger tooth count of a belt drive front sprocket creates a spacial issue for sure. solved cleanly by Paragon Machine Works chainstay yoke.
Columbus Zona tubing, Paragon Machine Works Chainstay Yoke, Rohloff Speedhub, Gates Carbon belt drive, Shimano brakes, RockShox front sus.
